Registration Dates
Registration opened to troops on February 4th and officially closed February 20th, when money was due. We needed to order cars so that we could get them to the troops to allow girls ample time to work on their cars.
Car Pick Up from the Service Unit
The Service Unit distributed the info and cars to troops that were in attendance at the Leader Meeting on March 4th. However, I was made aware of several mistakes in one of the papers, which is how this came to be.
April Maintenance Meeting
Want to see if you're on the right track? (It had to be done). Come on by the April Leader Meeting on 4/8/25 between 6:45pm and 7:45pm and run your car on the track to make sure:
- All of the tires touch the track (at the same time)
- The car can clear on the bottom and the top of the track.
- That it isn't too wide.
- And that it makes it to the bottom of the track!

Friday night Race weekend drop off
If you are done with the car(s), make sure to sign up, come on by and drop them off on Friday, 4/11/25. We can not stress enough that Friday works so much better for everyone involved. That lets the volunteers set up that morning without having to worry about the car check in. Unfortunately, we won't have the ability to set up the day before because of a sports competition on Friday at the school.
Friday drop off will be from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at St. Hubert's school LUNCHROOM. If you turn into the Southern most driveway and drive all the way back to the very end, the last door should be the Lunch room. Check into the location tab for a map where I dropped a pin for Friday Drop off and Saturday Race Day as both are at St. Hubert's.
Saturday 4/12/25 Race Day
Yippee! Race day is moving in on us. Make sure to check into the times your child should be there.
- DAISIES: 9:30am check in for everyone racing at this level, including car registration
10:15am start time
- BROWNIES: 10:30 am: check in for everyone racing at this level, including car registration
11:15 am start time.
- JUNIORS : 11:30 am check in for everyone racing at this level, including car registration
12:15pm start time.
- CSA’s: 1:00 pm check in for everyone racing at this level, including car registration
1:45 pm start time.
Patches
We will order the patches on Monday, 4/14/25 and should have them before the May Leader meeting (where leaders can pick up at.) After that it comes down to the schedule of the person who has the patches with them, to coordinate a pick up.
