Information Sheet

First, create your car with your category sheet handy so you can decide ahead of time what you want your car to look like! Then using the rules sheet, create your masterpiece!

The Car is done and now we need to schedule your Drop Off
Please help us avoid the long lines on the day of the race.  You may choose Friday, 4/11, instead, from 6:00p to 8:00p at the St. Hubert's School Lunch Room. Choosing this day will give you time to fix your car that evening or Saturday morning before you race! This will also allow us to speed up check-in and reduce waiting around time before getting the cars on the track!  If you choose Saturday, please be aware that you may not have time to make any fixes before race time and if it doesn’t meet our criteria there is a possibility that your girl may not be able to race!

• If you do not take advantage of coming on Friday night 4/11, then you will need to arrive no more than 30 minutes before your race time to get your car registered.  We are ONLY ALLOWING 30 MINUTES for registration at each level.

• DAISIES: 9:30am check in for everyone racing at this level, including car registration 

              ☆ 10:15am start time

• BROWNIES: 10:30 am: check in for everyone racing at this level, including car registration 

               ☆ 11:15 am start time.

• JUNIORS : 11:30 am check in for everyone racing at this level, including car registration 

               ☆ 12:15pm start time.

• CSA’s: 1:00 pm check in for everyone racing at this level, including car registration 

               ☆ 1:45 pm start time. 

We want girls to have amazing cars that make it to the finish line so we will have the track set up at the APRIL LEADER MEETING (4/8/25 if leaders, adults and/or girls would like to see if their cars will make it to the bottom and ask questions).  We will be at CLEARMONT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL: https://goo.gl/maps/QH1JJM4Fo3wYtsSe7       

ADULT RACERS:  This is new for us so please show patience.  Our idea is to race the adult cars during breaks and shifting of cars.  We will do our ABSOLUTE BEST to race those during the race period when their girl races.  If you have ideas for this category, please let us know!  We are always looking to improve the event.  Bragging rights are coming to a few lucky adults this year though and we can't wait to see what you come up with! 

After the races…

• We will announce race winners at the end of each race and/or grouping and trophies will be given at that time. We will be handing out 1st place ribbons  for every race winner this year to hang from the girl's pit pass! Make sure to clean up and take everything with you, including your car!

• Our Event team will be voting on the cars placed in the THREE categories and we hope to honor the hard work these girls put in. All rewards & patches will be given to the leaders at the MAY LEADER MEETING!  Uploading these pictures takes time. Please show these VOLUNTEERS grace. We do our very best to make this a fun and exciting event for these unbelievable G.I.R.L.’s!
